The artists featured below were accepted to the 2023-2024 year of The Canopy Program. Together, with the guidance of their Faculty Mentor, Kimia Ferdowsi Kline, the artists developed their studio practice through critiques, Artist Talks + Q&As, seminars, and workshops. The Canopy Program is a year-long commitment, this Cohort met virtually for three consecutive semesters. Their experience culminated with a pop-up Group Show in Chelsea (NYC).

Warm Embrace is a group exhibition celebrating the work of nine artists who championed each other for the last year along with their mentor, Kimia Ferdowsi Kline, as part of the 2023-2024 Canopy Program. This all-woman show explores the dimensional, emotional, and transcendental nature of painting and sculpture through the lens of each artist’s experience and relationship to memory, nature, catharsis, nostalgia, and humor.
